B. Game Progression & Telemetry Data

To ensure game balance and progression calibration across live operations, we track non-personally identifiable behavioral metrics:

  • Progression Telemetry: Time required to unlock dimensional Tiers (0–10), reset frequency, Transcenders accumulated per prestige loop.
  • In-Game Economy Activity: Virtual currency (Quantums) expenditure distribution (e.g., Warp, Boost, Sync items), and theme customizations unlocked.
  • Lore & Educational Engagement: Scientific facts modal open rates and read duration.

C. Financial & In-App Purchase Data

The Game offers optional in-game microtransactions ("Quantum Packs") processed securely through the Google Play Store (or Apple App Store).

We do not collect or store your financial details, credit card numbers, or billing addresses. All transactions are handled directly by Google Play / Apple. We receive only transaction completion tokens, receipt IDs, and item identifiers necessary to deliver purchased in-game items and combat fraud.

D. Save Data & Cloud Synchronization

  • Local Saves: Game state, resources, and settings are saved locally on your device using encrypted storage (SaveEncryption).
  • Cloud Sync: If cloud backup/sync is enabled, anonymized account tokens and encrypted game states are stored securely on cloud servers to allow progress recovery across devices.

  1. Core Gameplay & Service Delivery: Operating the game, saving your progress, syncing cloud saves, and executing optional rewarded utility boosts.
  2. Game Balancing & Optimization: Analyzing progression funnels, drop-off rates, and economy metrics to tune game difficulty and eliminate progression dead-zones.
  3. Opt-in Rewarded Advertisements: Serving voluntary rewarded video ads via ad networks (frequency capping, ad delivery, and reward fulfillment).
  4. Security & Anti-Cheat Validation: Validating offline progression timestamps and local/cloud save signatures to prevent cheating and unauthorized currency injection.
  5. Customer Support: Resolving player inquiries, troubleshooting crashes, and processing data deletion requests.

5. Advertisements & Player Choice

⚡ Respect for the Player: Domains of Transcendence contains zero forced pop-ups, pop-unders, or interstitial banner ads. Progression can be completed entirely through gameplay and offline gains.

  • 100% Optional Rewarded Ads: Video ads (e.g., Singularity Overclock, Quantum Pulse, Insta-Prestige) are strictly optional and triggered solely by explicit player interaction.
  • Personalized Ads Opt-Out: You can control or opt out of interest-based advertising through your mobile device settings:
    • Android: Settings > Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization (or Delete Advertising ID).
    • iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking > Disable "Allow Apps to Request to Track".

6. Children's Privacy (COPPA & GDPR-K)

Domains of Transcendence is intended for general audiences aged 13 and older (or 16 in certain European jurisdictions).

  • In-Game Save Data Deletion: You can permanently erase all local save data, progression, and settings directly in the game by opening the Help & Settings Menu and tapping Reset Game (or by clearing app data / uninstalling the app in your device settings).
  • Third-Party Ad & Analytics Data Requests: To request deletion of telemetry or advertising data processed by third-party partners (such as Unity Gaming Services or Unity Ads), send an email to developer.eibiba@eibiba.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request - Domains of Transcendence", including your device's Google Advertising ID (GAID) or Apple Advertising Identifier (IDFA) (found under your device's Settings > Privacy > Ads).
